The Architectural Review Board meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 9:30 AM, in the BLMA clubhouse, to review and approve as appropriate, resident’s request for changes to their dwelling or major changes to their landscape plan. The meeting is open to all interested parties.
Listed below are the projects slated for review.
A result of the restrictions imposed by Covid-19 (clubhouse closure) the ARB approval process is now conducted via e-mail. Each committee member receives copies of the ARB requests, reviews each application and forwards their approval and or requests for additional information to the office. The office complies the results and apprises the submitter of the results.
