This is a last reminder to those who have not paid their Annual HOA Dues: On midnight January 10th, a late fee of $25 will be added to all payments not received before then.
Check Payments: The office will be open January 10th between 7:00am to 3:30pm. Make checks payable to BLMA and include your street address.
