Good Morning Berkshire Lakes Residents,

Please take a moment to sign up for Click Pay, as it is the new official payment platform used to process the annual assessment for the Master Association. The annual fee will be finalized by the end of this month, and the payment will be due on January 1st, 2026.

If you’re new to Click Pay, please create your account first, then follow these steps to add Berkshire Lakes Master Association to your profile:

  1. In the top right corner of the page, click “Account.”
  2. Select “Add/Remove Unit.”
    • Condo residents: Enter your building number and ZIP code.
    • Single-family home residents: Enter your house number and ZIP code.
  3. When your building or home appears, select it.
  4. Contact the Berkshire Lakes Master Association office to obtain your account number, which you’ll need for the next step.
  5. Enter your account number and click “Submit.”
  6. If you haven’t already, you’ll be prompted to set up your billing or payment method.
  7. Choose “Pay in Full” and select the correct payment date.

Please note: Payments made with a Visa card are subject to a higher processing fee.
