We are a deed-restricted condominium association located within the larger Berkshire Lakes complex, conveniently located at the intersection of Radio Road and Santa Barbara Boulevard. Close to shopping, banking, restaurants, medical facilities, I-75, downtown Naples and its beautiful beaches.
With 78 units in 8 buildings, our buildings have a beautiful view of the largest lake in the complex. A walking path runs between our community and the lake. Colonies’ amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub and use of the Master Association’s clubhouse, tennis courts (also marked for pickle ball),walking path and pool.

Partridge Pointe

Partridge Pointe is a beautifully maintained deed restricted community located at the junction of Radio Road and Santa Barbara Boulevard. Comprised of 37 two story buildings, with four (4) units per building, many of our units front onto one of the larger lakes in the complex. Partridge Point has the largest swimming pool in Berkshire Lakes for the exclusive use of its residents. We also have a large clubhouse with many social activities.

Melrose Gardens, a Villa neighborhood located in the Berkshire Lakes complex on 15 acres consisting of 74 Villa Homes 18 of which are lake front. We are a community committed to peaceful living with fun social interactions. Our amenities include a private pool and clubhouse. Melrose Gardens residents maintain membership in the Berkshire Lakes Master Association and as such the Master Association’s amenities, pool, clubhouse and tennis courts are available for their use.

Melrose Gardens is located in the Berkshire Lakes complex at the junction of Radio Road and Santa Barbara Blvd. The entrance to our community is on Belville Blvd. just off of Devonshire Blvd.

Windsor Place

Windsor Place consists of 29 four-plex buildings built of cinder block and steel totalling 116 units. Each building has two units upstairs and two downstairs, each unit has its own private attached garage. The initial goal of the developer was to create a village-like setting by clustering the buildings, making for a unique and attractive neighborhood located on one of the largest community lakes in Collier County. The landscape surrounding the buildings and common areas is both beautiful and functional.
