2025 Annual Dues Notice of Non Payment

Hi Folks,

It is Friday, March 28, which leaves two business days to pay your 2025 assessment.  I am extending a courtesy to the homeowners who have not paid their assessment yet. On April 1, 2025, anyone who has not paid will have their account turned over to our attorney. Once this happens, legal fees will be added to your bill. There is nothing the Board can do at that point. You will be required to pay all costs and expenses associated with collecting the assessment due on January 1, 2025 days ago.
