2025 HOA DUES

Hi Folks,
If you have already paid your fee of $640.00 which was due on January 1, 2025 and receive this newsletter, please disregard the following.
It is March 19 which leaves 7 business days to pay your 2025 assessment. This is not a threat. I am extending a courtesy to the homeowners that have not paid their assessment yet. On April 1, 2025, anyone who has not paid will have their account turned over to our attorney. At that point legal fees will be added to your bill. There is nothing the Board can do at that point. You will be required to pay all fees associated with collecting the assessment that was due 90 days ago.
