CLUBHOUSE ACCESS HOURS AND FOB USAGE

Dear Residents,

This message is a reminder regarding clubhouse access hours and FOB usage.

The clubhouse is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and clubhouse FOBs are active during these hours. For security purposes, the clubhouse is not accessible during evenings or on weekends.
If there is significant interest among residents for expanded access, the Board is open to discussing possible solutions. However, selecting appropriate access hours when no staff is on-site is challenging. Unfortunately, due to repeated issues involving misuse of facilities, certain restrictions are necessary at this time.

We have experienced ongoing concerns with the tennis and pickleball courts, including gates being left unlocked and nets not being secured after use. This places our community assets at risk. It is disappointing that these issues affect everyone, as our community invests in maintaining high-quality amenities for all residents to enjoy.

For residents who need restroom access while playing tennis or walking the path, pool FOBs are active daily from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and there are restrooms in that area.

We are receiving many requests for clubhouse use by our residents to hold card games, exercise classes etc. We make every effort to accommodate all requests and ask everyone to try to work it out with the different groups. Our clubhouse is for everyone to use. There will be occasions when different groups are using it at the same time. Unless someone pays to “Reserve” the space it is not exclusive to one group. Board Meetings take precedence over all activities.
