The Court rules are as follows:

- Courts are to be used strictly for Tennis and Pickleball only.
- Tennis nets are to be used for Tennis only — do not adjust the net height.
- When playing Pickleball, the wheels must be unlocked to wheel the nets to proper court locations and locked when in position.
- The Pickleball nets, after play, are to be wheeled to the perimeter fence, bungeed to the fence and locked with the cable lock.
- Please always use proper etiquette while on the courts.
- Profanity, loud noises and any misconduct will not be tolerated.
- Pets are not allowed within court enclosure.
- No rollerblades, bicycles, skateboards etc. on the courts.
- Play at your own risk.
For Pickleball players: Please be courteous and fill one side of the court before setting up on the other, as two Pickleball games can take place on one tennis court.
If these rules are not followed accordingly, you will not be allowed to use the courts.
Additionally, please remember to always lock the far gate when exiting the court. It can only be locked using the inside doorknob.
Thank you for your understanding.
Enjoy your Monday and have a marvelous week!
