Good Afternoon Berkshire Residents,

This is a courtesy reminder that your HOA fee is due. Please note that a late fee will be applied if payment is not received by Thursday, January 8th.

Please be advised that residents using AMEX through ClickPay have been experiencing payment issues. We recommend using a different payment method if you are paying your annual dues via ClickPay. Additionally, to avoid a $97 service fee, please do not use Visa when submitting payment through ClickPay.

We are also accepting checks at the Clubhouse Office, located at:

Naples, FL 34104

Our new hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you are dropping off a check outside of operating hours, a secure drop box is available at the front of the clubhouse near the entrance door.
