Community Property

Hi Folks,

I’m sorry, I have to send this out. It has been brought to my attention that kids are riding skateboards on our new tennis/pickleball courts and scuffing them all up. Other homeowners are bringing dogs onto the courts, and they are doing their business, which is being left there.

This is not acceptable behavior. Your community has invested a significant amount of money to improve the courts for everyone’s enjoyment, and we will not tolerate this from any irresponsible homeowner.

We have cameras that cover the courts, and when we identify the guilty parties, we will be following up with the appropriate resolution.

Please be respectful of your community’s property.
