Online Registration Closed

As of January 20, 2025, the Berkshire Lakes Master Association’s Online Registration Signup is now closed. If you have not registered or would like to pay your annual dues, you must contact or come into the BLMA Office.

Only one user account per household is allowed.

We want to thank all homeowners who completed their registration online and paid their annual association dues!

Over the following weeks, BLMA will perform an audit of our system to identify any homeowner who has not registered or may have registered but not paid their annual fees. 

Once our audit is complete, we will reach out to those owners.
