Community Safety Concerns

We are experiencing ongoing issues with unauthorized use of e-bikes and motorcycles on walking paths, as well as after-hours disturbances at the pool. These behaviors are unsafe and create liability risks.

We are seeking volunteers—ideally individuals with law enforcement experience—to help monitor these areas. If we cannot establish a volunteer effort, the Board will consider hiring a security company. If you are willing to volunteer to help with security please call me 818-455-9527 or the office 239-353-7633. It would be great if we could have a committee for security related issues headed by one of the Sheriff’s Deputies or Police officers that live in our community.

Parents: if your child is involved in these activities, fines will be issued, and continued violations will result in legal action. Safety must be taken seriously.
