E-Vote Consent Campaign Update
Hi Everyone,
I’m excited to share that we’ve received over 900 responses to our survey! This surpasses last year’s record of 828 E-Votes on the threshold questions—an incredible milestone for our community. With a couple of weeks still remaining, it would be fantastic to reach 1,000 responses. This really highlights how much participation we can get with this tool.
We’re also making great progress with our E-Vote Consent Campaign. At this point, only 293 out of 1,639 owners still need to consent. That’s a huge accomplishment and a big step forward for our community.
If you’re among those who haven’t yet consented, please take a moment to do so when you receive the email. E-voting is a valuable asset—it simplifies the process, reduces errors, and eliminates issues like undeliverable mail or incorrectly returned ballots. If you need any assistance, our office is happy to help.
For context, paper ballots have always cost the community thousands of dollars. Last year alone, mailing ballots to those not enrolled in e-voting cost $18,000. Now that we have a more efficient option, transitioning fully to e-voting will significantly reduce costs and improve the process for everyone.
All voting materials are sent electronically in the voter packet, and you can print them at home if you prefer a hard copy. We also have copies available in the office if you’d like to review them in person.
To everyone who has already consented—thank you. Your participation is making a meaningful difference in improving our community.
Warm regards,
Nancy J. Perry
