Enrollment for E-Vote/E-Communications
Hi Everyone,
Those who have not yet signed up for E-Vote will be receiving invitations to register this week. Please take a moment to complete your registration. All that you have to do is click on: Yes, I consent. We have important information to share with all residents, and without enrollment in E-Vote/E-communications, we are required to send everything by paper mail.
As you may know, the cost of postage, paper, envelopes, and labor has increased significantly. Switching to electronic communication helps reduce these expenses and ensures more efficient delivery.
Please note, registering for E-Vote does not obligate you to vote electronically. In our last election, we mailed 315 paper ballots, and only 19 were returned. For those who prefer reviewing materials on paper, a copy will be available in the office, and you can also print documents at home if needed.
E-Vote and E-communications ensure you receive information promptly, whereas paper mail delivery depends on postal service timing.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Warm regards,
Nancy J. Perry
