Fall Maintenance

Good Afternoon Berkshire Lakes Residents,

Just a friendly reminder: the rainy season is over. To help maintain the beautiful appearance of Berkshire Lakes, please make sure your sprinklers are turned back on. We are beginning to see quite a bit of dead grass, and proper watering will help restore our lawns.

Additionally, driveways, roofs, and home exteriors may need to be pressure washed or painted.

Lastly, for anyone with flowers, shrubs, or bushes at the base of their mailbox, please keep all plantings at least two feet below the mailbox and ensure the mailbox is not being overgrown or engulfed by vegetation.

Please take a moment to assess your property and address any maintenance concerns or issues. Compliance letters regarding these matters will begin.
