HOA Annual Fee

Good afternoon Residents,

Please be advised that the annual dues for the Berkshire Lakes Master Association are due by Friday, January 2nd.

If you did sign up for auto pay for the 2025 annual fee, that is no longer in effect. There is a new payment processing platform for the 2026 annual fee called ClickPay. We launched this platform at the beginning of December 2025. That being said,

There is a drop box located at the clubhouse entrance if you are unable to visit during office hours. Office hours are 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with the following exceptions:

• December 31: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

• January 1: Office closed
