HOA FEE UPDATE

Good Morning Residents,

In regard to the email sent yesterday, please be advised that the annual dues for the Berkshire Lakes Master Association are $690 and are due by Friday, January 2nd.

If you did sign up for auto pay for the 2025 annual fee, that is no longer in effect. There is a new payment processing platform for the 2026 annual fee called ClickPay. We launched this platform at the beginning of December 2025. That being said,

Please note on ClickPay payments made using a Visa card will incur a $97 service fee, and payments made with any other Credit/Debit card will incur a 3.25% service fee. To avoid all service fees, we recommend submitting payment using your checking account information (ACH/e-check).

There is a drop box located at the clubhouse entrance if you are unable to visit during office hours. Office hours for this week are 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and beginning next week on January 5th, office hours will be 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with the following exceptions:

December 31: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
January 1: Office closed
