Important: Annual Meeting Notice & Voting Reminder

Hi All,

Everyone should have received at least 2 emails from Get Quorum noticing our Annual Meeting on Feb 18th at 2 pm. The first notice was emailed out Dec 15th and the second January 16. The January 16th email included your ballot and proxy. Please be sure to fill out both your ballot and your proxy.

If you have signed up for E-Vote and have not received either, please call the office immediately and let them know. Please check your SPAM or JUNK file first.  The email will come from: The Property Manager of Berkshire Lakes Master Association <notices@getquorum.com>

If you opted for a paper ballot you should be receiving it this week. Please sign up for E-Vote. It is the most secure way to vote and really helps the community with costs and returned mail problems. If we have the wrong address for you on file your mail gets returned. It is always your responsibility to inform the office of any changes in your email or mailing addresses. We have no way to know unless you tell us.

Get Quorum will send out reminder emails every few days if you are on E-Vote and have not voted yet.
