Notice of Annual Members’ Meeting
Paul Daniels, Charles Lascari, David L. Orr, Nancy J. Perry, Bruce Tuberville and Caroline Walters have
submitted their names to serve on the Board of Directors. There are four (4) available positions, therefore an
election is required. Val Craciun, Eric McKenzie, Jason Zullo will continue to serve their terms in 2026.

Place: BLMA Clubhouse 495 Belville BLVD Naples FL. 34104
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
1. Call of the Roll or Determination of Quorum
2. Reading or Disposal of Minutes of Last Member’s Meeting
3. Election of Directors/ Results
4. New Business – modification of association rule: Addition of no trailers overnight to section 4 – Parking
5. Adjournment
This meeting may be immediately followed by an Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors, with an agenda as follows:
1. Determination of Quorum
2. Election of Officers
3. Adjournment
