PICKLEBALL RULES/FOUNTAINS/HOA FEE

Hi Folks,

I am being told that the tennis/pickle ball courts are being left unlocked and the pickle ball nets are being left in the middle of the tennis courts and are not being locked and secured when people are done playing.

If you do this, you will lose your privileges to use the courts. Please take care of the community’s amenities. We all are paying for them and would like them to last.

On the Fountains: There is a bad connector in the west fountain in the big lake that is being replaced by next week. In the meantime, the fountain seems to have a mind of its own, coming on and off intermittently. We are aware of this and ware having it fixed.

A note on the HOA Fee of $690.00. This was due on January 1st. There is now a late fee $25.00 for anyone that has not paid their bill. Starting February 1st interest will be added. Please get your fee in before the end of January. If you are having any hardship, call the office.
