Help Save Our Community Thousands — Register for E-Vote

Next week, homeowners who have not yet registered will receive an invitation to sign up for E-Vote. We strongly encourage you to take a moment to accept this invitation. The email will come from: Berkshire Lakes Master Association Inc. <notices@getquorum.com>

Right now, 1,301 homeowners are registered for E-Vote and electronic communication, but 338 homeowners still require paper ballots to be mailed. Each mailing costs the community money, and collectively this adds up to thousands of dollars spent every year—money that could otherwise be used to improve and maintain our neighborhood.

Paper ballots are also far less reliable. They depend on the mail being delivered on time, the ballot being placed in the correct envelope, and the envelope being signed correctly. In our most recent vote, only 35 paper ballots were returned.  Out of the 35 only 19 were completed properly and could actually be counted.

E-Voting is fast, easy, and secure.
You will receive one email containing a link to both your proxy and your ballot. With just two clicks, you can submit your proxy and your ballot and immediately receive an email confirmation that your vote was recorded.

By registering for E-Vote you:
• Ensure your vote is counted
• Save the community thousands of dollars in mailing costs
• Make the voting process faster and easier for everyone

Even if you typically choose not to vote, simply registering for E-Vote helps reduce unnecessary mailing costs for the entire community.

When you receive your invitation next week, please take a moment to register and help move our community forward with a simpler, more reliable voting process.

Thank you,
