Hi Folks,

High Speed Fiber Internet is coming to our single-family homeowners on 11/28/2025.

T-Mobile is the Fiber ISP
No Contracts are required

Plans are as follows:

Fiber 500/500mbps costs $55.00 monthly
1Gig/1000mbps costs $75.00 monthly
2 Gig/2000mbps costs $110.00 monthly

T_Mobile Fiber High-Speed Fiber plans

This is optional for any homeowner who wants to change their current carrier.

Signing up:

First option – There is a dedicated line that residents can call to sign up or they can sign up online once the fiber is installed on the public roads outside of their streets.

We may have a Second option – T-Mobile Fiber may be onsite at the Clubhouse to educate neighbors and offer additional promotions that T-Mobile would like to provide residents who sign up on the spot. I will keep you all posted!
