TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURTS

Hi Folks,

The FOB exit at the tennis/pickleball courts has been fixed.

Please remember that hours of pool and courts are until 8:00 pm.  I had to go to our pool at 9:45 pm the other night because there were 5 people in the pool making a lot of noise.  I called the Sheriff and met the Deputies there.  None were residents.  The resident had left earlier, and his “guests” did not.

Non-residents are not allowed to be using any of our amenities unless an owner is present.

NO DOGS are allowed in either area.

Open space areas were being mowed on a monthly schedule to cut back on costs.  That was sufficient in the dry season but now has been changed to a bimonthly schedule during the rainy season.
