Updated Architectural Review Board Standards

Dear Residential Unit Owners,

The updated Architectural Review Board standards were presented to all owners during the Board Meeting on April 15, 2026. As part of this transition, the Board implemented a 60-day grace period, which is set to expire on June 15, 2026.

This grace period provides an opportunity for owners to review the updated standards and voluntarily address any non-compliant conditions on their property without formal enforcement action.

Additionally, our Association Manager, Eileen Ward, is offering courtesy property reviews upon request. These reviews help identify potential concerns without penalty.

Please be advised that once the grace period ends, enforcement will resume in a consistent and uniform manner. If a Notice of Violation is issued and the condition is not corrected within the specified timeframe, the Berkshire Lakes Master Association reserves the right to enter the property to complete the corrections at the homeowner’s expense. Homeowners may also incur related legal fees.
