Updates and E-voting

Hi Folks,

Just letting you all know that our financial reports have all been uploaded to our website. Our Audit has been completed and approved and will be posted as soon as I receive the final report. Our taxes have also been filed.

Office hours will be 7 am to 2 pm, Monday through Thursday and phone lines will be answered 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.  

Our new security measures at the Clubhouse seem to have put an end to the illegal activities that had been taking place there.

Everyone that is registered for E-Vote received the Member Voting Packet yesterday, April 20, 2025.  Please take 5 minutes to answer the 3 questions and complete the proxy form.  ALL of the questions are regarding the same issue so if you vote YES on question #1, be sure to vote YES on the other 2 questions.  The voting threshold is in our Covenants, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation. These are 3 separate documents and they all have to reflect the same thing.

This vote is vital to our community’s future and vital to keep up our property values and help with home/condo sales.  I was just questioned by yet another Real Estate Agent regarding our Documents being out of compliance with the Florida Statute.   If you have any questions regarding any of the questions and the reasons behind taking this vote, please direct them to our office. Our CAM (manager) will be more than happy to help anyone with this process.
