Good Afternoon Residents,

We are reaching out regarding an ongoing issue within the community. Attached to this email is a photo and a video of a dog that has been observed roaming residents’ properties unleashed and appearing to be unsupervised.

Please be advised that all dogs must be leashed and under the control of their owner at all times, in accordance with Berkshire Lakes’ governing documents. If a dog continues to be observed unleashed, Animal Control may be contacted to address the matter appropriately, and a violation notice will be issued to the homeowner responsible.
